1. -What art is
-Definition of Aesthetics
-Art History
-Different Philosophers
2.Plato, he believed that art is just an imitation of a real-life object. I agree with this because if you're making a video you're reproducing images used in real-life, if you're making a painting it is based on a real-life experience except that it is altered.

3. I love how they used science as a way to explain aesthetics because when I think of it I think of it as a style and they went over and beyond to create research to prove their facts. It captured my attention seeing the different ways that our brain works when it sees a piece of art and how it reacts to it because this proves that aesthetic is a form of beauty and our brain captures certain images to process it and see if it fits our taste but most of the time all this happens in a matter of seconds and it occurs subconsciously which is the best part because we can't control it.
4. Both the videos and the article differ but in many ways they're similar because they both are exploring why things are the way they are why we find art attractive and why we don't. How our brain interprets all these different things is explained not only through scientific research but also shown through the history of art.
5. I liked watching the videos more than reading the article only because I enjoyed listening to the history of art and how it hasn't changed much throughout history. They add to my understanding because I got to see it scientifically proven so I now know that this is not only a theory it is a real-life thing and that makes it so much better to know that no one is dull everyone has their own style and aesthetic.
